We provide an order and agency service for purchasing products from third-party platforms (e.g. Superbuy and other Chinese platforms).

We do not operate an online shop and we do not sell the products ourselves.
We act solely as an agent on behalf of our customers to facilitate the ordering process.

The purchase contract for the products is concluded directly between you (the customer) and the third-party platform.

2. Service Process

• You browse our online catalog and submit an order request via the form on our website.
• We contact you via Discord and provide a Superbuy payment link for your order.
• After your payment through Superbuy or another agreed-upon payment method, we will place the order on your behalf.
• The ordered products will be shipped from the third-party provider to the delivery address you specified.

3. No Responsibility for Product Quality or Delivery

Since we are acting solely as an agent, we are not responsible for:

• the quality of the products
• the accuracy of the product descriptions
• the timeliness of delivery
• any damages or losses occurring during shipment
• customs clearance, import duties, or taxes

The responsibility for these aspects lies with the third-party platform (e.g. Superbuy) and/or the original seller.

4. Payments

Payments are made through Superbuy or other external services (Wise, Skrill, Crypto, etc.), not through this website.

By placing an order request, you agree to the applicable fees and terms of the selected payment provider.

Service fees (where applicable) and payment surcharges (Wise, Crypto, etc.) will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

5. No Guarantee of Availability

We cannot guarantee that all products listed in our catalog will be available at the time of ordering.
Product availability depends on the third-party platforms.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Once payment has been made and the order has been placed, cancellation is no longer possible unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the third-party platform (e.g. Superbuy).
We do not provide any additional guarantee or refund service beyond what is offered by the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service
• damages arising from the products purchased through the third-party platform
• customs issues, import restrictions, or additional fees incurred during delivery

Our liability is limited to the agency service provided as described in these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your country of residence].
